O'Malley's Hot Sauce

Love the bold jalapeno taste! It’s tangy, slightly sweet, and has just enough heat to liven up a dish without overpowering it. I’ve been using it on toasties and even in pasta. Would love a version with a bit more heat, but still a great sauce!
