Shipping policy
1. When will my order ship?
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours whenever possible. Orders with priority shipping selected at checkout will also receive priority processing.
Once your order has shipped and tracking confirms it is with the carrier, please note that it is out of our direct control. Carriers may occasionally face delays due to weather, staffing, or logistical issues. If you're experiencing significant delays, feel free to contact us at erikomalley@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you in finding a solution.
2. Tell me more about your shipping rates.
At O’Malley’s Hot Sauce, we do our best to keep shipping affordable and simple. We offer standard and expedited shipping options during checkout.
We also absorb part of the shipping costs ourselves to make our sauces as accessible as possible. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your selection.
3. My hot sauce arrived broken. What now?
We’re sorry to hear that! If your item broke in transit, please take clear photos of:

The outside of the package

The inside packaging
- The damaged product(s)
Email the photos to erikomalley@gmail.com along with your order number and a brief message. Once received, we’ll arrange to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
4. I entered the wrong shipping address, and my order shipped. What should I do?
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it. However, the customer is responsible for covering the re-shipping fee based on the original shipping method selected.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping, a standard re-shipping fee will apply.
Alternatively, if you prefer not to have it re-shipped, we can issue a refund minus the original shipping fee.
