All of our sauces begin with fine dining quality produce. We use vinegar exclusively from Napa, and, while we do use sugar, it's all natural pure cane sugar. We are a chef driven company with a dedication to ingredients, all natural ingredients. Our sauce always has peppers as its primary ingredient. No dilutants, fillers, or dyes. Flavor is our goal, not heat for heats sake. Though, you find that straight habanero uncut by mango or carrot packs a considerable punch. We hope you enjoy our sauces as much as we enjoy making them
