At O'Malley's Hot Sauce, we believe that great flavor starts with real ingredients and a passion for bold taste. Based in Texas, we're a small, independent business dedicated to crafting artisanal, small-batch hot sauces that bring excitement to every meal.
I am a chef by trade, trained at The French Culinary Institute. I interned at Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where I first learned to preserve the flavors of summer. After a number of years chef'ing in Dallas, I've returned to my true passion.
